Registration Fee

Registration fee is as follows:
    ■ CAN$700 (taxes extra) for direct exhibitors or pavilion organizers
    ■ CAN$300 (taxes extra) for indirect exhibitors

Registration fee includes:
    ■ For direct exhibitors or pavilion organizers:
          - we record and manage your profile
          - we list your company in the catalogue of the exhibition
          - we include your company on the website
          - we provide an Internet link in the exhibitor list
          - we provide exhibitor ID badges = 4 per 100 sq.ft.
          - we provide a scanner to improve visitor control
          - 20 invitation cards
          - Press room pigeonholes
          - catalogue of the exhibition

    ■ For indirect exhibitors.
          - we record and manage your profile
          - we list your company in the catalogue of the exhibition
          - we provide an Internet link in the exhibitor list
          - provide exhibitor ID badges = 4 per 100 sq.ft.
          - 10 invitation cards
          - Press room pigeonholes
          - catalogue of the exhibition

How to Register

To book your space:

1- Download registration form by clicking HERE.

2- Print and fill out registration form.

3- Sign the form and send it with your deposit to the following address:

NOTE : If you want to reserve a Turnkey Stand, please attach the appropriate form to your leasing contract.

Turnkey Stand Reservation

A turnkey stand is a fully-equipped stand adapted to the exhibitor’s image and needs.

Pavilion or Group Stand Organizers

Pavilion Organizer is an exhibitor or a company that welcomes other businesses from a single country within a specific space that groups together several stands.

Group Stand Organizer is an exhibitor or company that welcomes other businesses to his or her own stand.

Indirect Exhibitors

Indirect exhibitors share space (without any partitions) with one other exhibitor and both have the same stand number.

Indirect pavilion exhibitors have a specific exhibit space (with partitions) within a pavilion; they have their own individual stand number.

A registration fee of CAN$300 (taxes extra) will be invoiced to the pavilion or group stand organizer.

Featured Products

Please ensure that all products to be featured at SIAL Montreal are allowed in Canada: some products, such as perishable or alcoholic products require a special permit. Check to see if your products need a permit.

To make the task of getting your products into Canada easier, call on the services of the official SIAL Montréal customs and transportation broker: North American Logistics Services inc.
