1. A maximum of 35 students per school, SIAL Montréal should pre-approve the group registration. Kindly send your application along with the payment no later than the 1st of April, 2008.
2. Only, pre-approved groups will be allowed to visit the exhibit. This Exhibit is strictly meant for professionals in the Agri-food segment. We do not accept any group registration on-site, pre-approval required.
3. We kindly ask student groups to respect the overall business & trade atmosphere in the exhibit hall. Please organize your dress-code accordingly.
4. Each group must assign a representative.
5. The only date for student groups to visit the exhibit is Friday, April 25, 2008 starting 10 a.m. No exceptions accepted.
6. The group representative can receive the badges by mail if the application and payment are submitted online before April 4, 2008.
7. After April 4, badges and catalog will be available for pickup at the student registration booth, located at the main hall on Viger entrance.
8. If you’re planning your trip by a chartered bus, please advise the driver to use the internal landing access from Viger street.
