What is the price of admission to the exhibition?
- Registration Online: CAN$35 (for 3 days)
- Registration On-site: CAN$55 (for 3 days)
Registration gives you the right to:
- Access SET Canada, the equipment, technology and services exhibition for the food distribution and hotel, restaurant and food service industries. SIAL Montréal and SET Canada exhibitions are located in the same exhibition hall.

How do I register?
You can register online or on site :
Online Registration 35$ per person
To register online, click HERE If you have an electronic or paper invitation you can register on-line,free of charge, by indicating your invitation code.
On Site Registration
Registration area is located in the Viger Hall, on Level 2 of the Palais des Congrès de Montreal.
Visitors' Entrance to the Exhibition Hall:
- Bleury entrance: for pre registered visitors who already have their ID badges.
- Viger entrance: Registration area for all visitors.

Will I get my badge before the exhibition starts?
Badge will be send from March 15 until April 4 for canadian and US visitors only.
From April 5, every visitor will have to pick up their badges at the Pre-registered Visitors' desk or at the self registration counter.

Can I cancel my registration?
You can't receive reimbursement once you have paid your registration. If you have and outstanding balance after April 16, you must pay the on-site price.

Can I bring my kids?
Children are not allowed at the show. No persons under the age of 18 will be allowed in the exhibition hall.

How do I get a visa?
Please consult the list of countries needing a visa to enter Canada by clicking HERE.
NOTE: We will not provide a letter of invitation to visit the exhibition and online registration fees will not be refunded in the event a visa is not granted. |

Do I need a passport? (For our American participants)
In order to cross the Canadian-US frontier, you will need the following documents:
- by land or sea, and until enforcement of the WHTI*Act, on June 1st 2009, either:
- a birth certificate - an identity document with picture, delivered by a Government official (such as your driving license)
- by air, either:
- a passport - a NEXUS card

*WHTI: Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative is a U.S. law that will require all travellers, including U.S. and Canadian citizens, to present a valid passport or other secure document when travelling to the United States from within the western hemisphere.
